Move a submenu anywhere on the screen

June 25, 2009

If a submenu has a move handle, you can move it anywhere on the screen to create a floating toolbar. If a submenu does not have a handle, you cannot move it.

1. Show the toolbar with the menu that contains the submenu you want to move.

2. Display the submenu you want to move.

3. Drag the move handle at the top of the submenu to move the submenu to its new location.

The submenu becomes a floating toolbar.
